Pro hráče Anarchů a Waylendu naprostá nutnost, ostatní po koupi O&CH začnout tyto identity hrát. Zatímco předchozí krabicové rozšíření (Honour & Profit) se spíše hledalo, O&CH přináší pro Anarchy úžasné kombokarty pro virus/destroy decky a waylandu další způsoby za runnera natvrdo zastavit či zlikvidovat. Doposud nejlepší "big expansion".
