The talk of the streets and taverns has all been about the so-called death curse: a wasting disease afflicting everyone who's ever been raised from the dead. Victims grow thinner and weaker each day, slowly but steadily sliding toward the death they once denied.
When they finally succumb, they can't be raised-and neither can anyone else, regardless of whether they've ever received that miracle in the past. Temples and scholars of divine magic are at a loss to explain a curse that has affected the entire region, and possibly the entire world.
The cause is a necromantic artifact called the Soulmonger, which is located somewhere in Chult, a mysterious peninsula far to the south, ringed with mountains and choked with rainforests.

Musím přiznat, že je trochu šokem, když v DnD se pohybujeme v pralesech a bojujeme s dinosaury. Naštěstí je to šok velmi příjemný, protože tahle kampaň je skvělá.
Je toto hodnocení přínosné? ANOCelá oblast má úžasnou atmosféru a přestože nejsem největší fanoušek originálního Tomb of Horrors, které inspirovalo finální dungeon, tak tato kampaň nepadla do těch samých pastí jako originál. Ano nebežpečí číhá za každým rohem, ale není nefér.
Inspirovaná dřívějším Tomb of Horrors. A rozhodně se jim příběh podařilo dovést k dokonalosti, kdybych měl vybrat jedno dobrodružství, byla by toto má první volba.
Je toto hodnocení přínosné? ANOTomb of Annihilation je exotickou výpravou do jižních zemí Chultu ve světě Forgotten Realms. A je to určitě příjemná změna, než stále a jen zažívat dobrodružství na Mečovém pobřeží (Swoard Coast).
Je toto hodnocení přínosné? ANOV tomto dobrodružství (pro postavy na 1-11 úrovni) narazíte na mnoho exotičtějších monster, na které byste jinde, než v džunglích Chultu nenarazili.
A samozřejmě, jak už je ve zvyku, tak je kniha bohatě ilustrovaná a nechybí praktická barevná mapa, pro přehlednější práci s dobrodružstvím.
