RoSD patří ke špičce small fantasy skirmish segmentu. Je určena pro 1-4 hráčů. Můžete zde využít modely a terény z jakékoliv jiné hry (od WH po historiku) a přizpůsobit si celkový vizuál vašim představám. Základní kniha obsahuje dvě kampaně, které Vám vystačí na mnoho večerů a díky náhodnému event managementu se dají kampaně hrát opakovaně. Tato verze navíc obsahuje i doplňující pravidla (nikoliv kampaň) z rozšíření Temple of Madness. Kniha samotná je tištěná na příjemném papíře v kvalitní pevné vazbě.
